Dog Grooming Position,Galway

We are looking for a new team member, preferably an experienced groomer. We will consider inviting a novice to join us as a bather/assistant. Only one position available.
 
Dog Groomer position:
We are looking for an energetic creative person to join the team. The candidate must have a love for dogs, be a confident and kind handler and an ability to work independently and  as part of a team. Duties will also include dealing with clients so a friendly and outgoing personality are a must. Grooming experience essential with an ability to groom 4-6 dogs per day to a very high standard. Further training can be provided. The applicants must be able to demonstrate their skills as part of the interview process. Remuneration based on experience.
Assistant/Bather position:
No experience necessary! This position would suit someone with an interest in working with animals. It is a very physically demanding job so a good level of fitness is a must. Duties would include bathing and prepping the dogs, cleaning the premises and maintenance of equipment. A strong work ethic, patience and a kind heart are imperative. Training given.
 
Both positions require flexibility in working hours and Saturdays are a must. Own transport is necessary as the public transport services are negligible in the area.
