Members Hub Area - how to access & use

​The following comprehensive guide using screen shots has been compiled to help you achieve this .

Login areas - 
Your members account all revolves around your email address so login with the email address you signed up with and your password.
New Members get instantly emailed with a first time generic password on sign up. Once logged in, you can change the password to something more memorable if you wish.
Do not panic about remembering this as you can get a new one anytime you want by just clicking on "need a password"  text shown by red arrow. A new one is automatically emailed to you instantly.

Why not check out our e-news ?  - This blog style page is regularly updated with articles, reviews, and general information of interest to our members including upcoming events.
E-news - on this page you can view all our news, reviews & various items of interest 
  • Purple arrow shows current news item that you are viewing 
  • Red arrow shows archives that allow you to search for previous items by month 
  • Yellow arrow shows you a direct link to send in items of interest, to be included & direct link to our members only facebook page
  • Green arrow W expands full story if you want
Search archives by various categories -
  • Red arrow showing how to search for items via categories - When news items are published they are given tags by which you can search for them  e.g. jobs or championship etc
E-news page layout - generally this page shows 5-10 of the most recent stories and you can scroll down the page to see them.

​News items then move into the archives which can be easily searched via the right hand side of the e-news page

Personalise your directory listing ​

When you first enter this area it displays your individual profile 
  • Red arrow displays which one of the four tabs you are viewing  - 
  • Yellow arrow gives you the option to not display your details in the Groomers directory on our website
  • Green arrow plays a great little tuition video to guide you through how to edit your "business card", as displayed on the groomers directory - it should be a logo & a catchy tag line {if you are located on the border of several areas or townlands , including them here helps the search box find you when the public are using the website}
  • Do not forget to click save at the bottom of the screen to save changes.
Add a great gallery to your public profile -
  • Blue arrow - below the business card you can create a gallery on your profile 
  • Red arrow - again a great little tutorial
  • Yellow arrow -  by clicking here you can upload images to your gallery or click and drag & drop them into this lined box and they appear in the gallery above. Please bare in mind by default the thumbnails display from the top left corner of the images - full picture is displayed when someone clicks onto it
  • Do not forget to click save at the bottom of the screen to save changes.
​You can upload multiple images and can edit or change them when ever you wish - daily , weekly or seasonally - it is totally up to you . It is like having your own mini website.
Your profile description as seen by the public -
Next you can edit your profile description as it is displayed in the groomers directory - 
  • Red arrow shows the tutorial link
  • Yellow arrow this is where you write all about you and your business 
  • Green arrow shows area for adding social links like facebook etc - these display on the website as the proper buttons so look very professional
  • Do not forget to click save at the bottom of the screen to save changes
How your details are seen by the public -
  • Yellow arrow - by clicking on this About tab you can alter the information that is displayed on the groomers directory for the public. The drop pin placement is based on the address supplied in this section {red arrow}- sometimes you need to jiggle the address you have entered to get the pin in the correct place.
  • Do not forget to click save at the bottom of the screen to save changes
  • Green arrow shows where you set your login password to something you choose
  • Blue arrow shows you what level of current membership you have and when it expires . You can update membership type at any time. This is where you will also renew membership when it is due
Adding deals, coupons and vouchers for your customers - 
  • Yellow arrow shows the tab to select to add deals to your profile in the groomers directory . You can use this section to create discount vouchers or any form of deal you wish to offer to your customers
  • Red arrow shows the associated tutorial to help you
  • Do not forget to click save at the bottom of the screen to save changes
