Position available from September 2018 for teacher in the Animal Care Department in Dún Laoghaire Further Education Institute (www.dfei.ie). DFEi is a constituent college of the Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board (www.ddletb.ie). The position involves the teaching of all aspects of animal care and husbandry for the academic year 2018. Position 1| Dog Groomer position:
We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, outgoing person with a strong work ethic to join our team in Dubai. The candidate must be a genuine animal lover who is both caring and gentle yet at the same time confident and competent when handling pets. Must be able to work on their own initiative and blend in easily with a diverse team and customer base. A good personality and friendly disposition is a must for this role. We are looking for a part time staff member, To join our Dublin 15 salon. We are a small but busy salon located in Blanchardstown looking for a confidant employee to fill a part time position, to possibly progress to full time.
*candidate must be able to complete a pet groom from start to finish in reasonable time, to a high standard. * ideally have some experience working in a grooming salon but not necessary. * good communication skills dealing with customers and our furry clients. *most importantly have a passion for grooming and the dogs we work with! We are looking for an energetic creative person to join the team. The candidate must have a love for dogs, be a confident and kind handler and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties will also include dealing with clients so a friendly and outgoing personality are a must. Grooming experience essential with an ability to groom 4-6 dogs per day to a very high standard. Further training can be provided. The applicants must be able to demonstrate their skills as part of the interview process. Remuneration based on experience. Assistant/Bather position: No experience necessary! This position would suit someone with an interest in working with animals. It is a very physically demanding job so a good level of fitness is a must. Duties would include bathing and prepping the dogs, cleaning the premises and maintenance of equipment. A strong work ethic, patience and a kind heart are imperative. Training given. Both positions require flexibility in working hours and Saturdays are a must.
