​The Canine Centre have a fantastic opportunity for a Professional Dog Groomer to join our existing busy day care and grooming team at our facility in Churchtown Dublin 14 The canine centre is a dog loving state of the art facility . We have a friendly, close-knit team with a fun and exciting working environment. This is a full time permanent position with a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The right person also has the opportunity to earn extra bonus per dog with a guaranteed 6 dogs per day We pride ourselves on our fun, friendly atmosphere and state of the art salon with a hard working team. please send us your CV and grooming portfolio. 

The successful candidate will 

• Be confident in handling dogs of various sizes
  
• Have good communication and customer service skills to deal with pet owners.
  
• Be comfortable taking instruction from our senior handlers and working as a team to help with workloads
  
• Be able to work as part of a team, be punctual and have a positive attitude.
  
• Be a motivated and enthusiastic with pride in their work.
  
• Ideally have experience which is an advantage, but it is not essential.
  
• Have an eye for detail and very high hygiene standards and cleaning skills.
