Sponsor Spotlight - The Scissor Boutique

Mike and Mandy Carr of The Scissor Boutique from Norfolk, England are proud to be a part of the Irish Grooming Championships. Owing to distance we will have a mini stand compared to our trade stands nearer to home. Our mission is to ensure that people buy Scissors that live up to the expectation of the Dog Groomer. Something that can make a real difference to each and every groom in the salon. The right tool can improve speed and finish and ease of grooming.

Over the last few years Scissors have evolved and in my opinion a Scissor is no longer just a Scissor! The price will not necessarily guarantee you a satisfactory purchase.  We look at things from a totally different perspective and work upon a long term relationship to meet your needs and exceed you expectations of what a Scissor can do for you. We are all so very different in so many ways and here at The Scissor Boutique this is celebrated and that is why we stock so many varieties of Scissors!

See our range in advance on www.thescissorboutique.co.uk  Ask us to bring anything that interests you and we will do our best to show it off to you at this anniversary event. We can explain more about our Scissors that you thought there ever was to know about the humble Scissor.

The Equigroomer was originally designed as a shedding blade for horses but it works great on all types of pets, particularly dogs, because it grabs loose hair by the ends rather than the base so there's no damage to the hair or skin. The result is a coat that's smooth and shiny. Dog groomers find it particularly good for deshedding short coats and removing clipper lines from heavy coats. The Equigroomers handle is made of solid wood, the blade from hardened steel. Dirt or hair build-up can be cleaned with a soft dry brush.
The Water Wisk can be used as a sweat scraper on horses or as a squeegee to remove excess water from dripping wet dogs. It's also great for removing water or hair from baths or walls. Ideal for dog groomer.
